Hi, I’m Ergon Gjika, a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts with nearly two decades of experience. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life stressors.
My diverse roles in non-profit organizations and outpatient centers, combined with extensive education and training, have honed my clinical instinct. As an active, supportive, and creative helper, I prioritize self-discovery and interpersonal attunement.
My passion lies in assisting people through life stressors and transitions, integrating adversity into their identity for overall well-being. Having personally experienced major life changes as a young immigrant, I understand the emotional complexities involved. I believe in the healing power of genuine connections and celebrate the supportive influences in my life, including music, animals, family, friends, teachers, mentors, and colleagues.

Most recently, I obtained an MBA from Fitchburg State University with a concentration in Management. Over the years of my career as a therapist and supervisor, I have undergone extensive training in various evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.
